Chapter 5: Data Management
Students learn strategies for data management and consider some key tools for managing data. They also explore the legal and ethical issues raised by data management.
Chapter 6: Interpreting Data
Students learn about tools and strategies for interpreting data. They learn about the process of conversion optimization, and best practices for isolating KPIs.
Chapter 7: Reporting and Summaries
Students learn about the importance reporting and explore several key tools for developing strong, data-driven reports. They gain hands-on experience developing effective action plans.
