Students will examine the customer journeys for different buyers and personas, learning to deliver the right content for the each audience and the right time.

 

Students will learn how to gather data on prospects from forms, website activity analysis, emails, and social media activity. Students will explore the legal responsibilities around user data collection.

 

Students will learn how to use prospect data to build and expand profiles. Students will learn to manage profiles with segmenting, tagging, lead scoring and workflows.

Students will learn to customize emails for marketing and campaigns by creating lists and workflows that propel the user to conversion. Students will explore the legal responsibilities around email marketing.

Students will learn how webpages can be personalized and continually improved through progressive profile building. Students will examine features and obligations around cookies, notifications, and terms of service.

Students will learn how to automate social media posts, listening to the audience, and tracking users. Students will learn to build automated social campaigns and workflows.
